The shown painting on the art market has the almost exact dimensions of 54,6 x 41,9 cm. Although the identification is not fully verified, it is likely due to the description and the location at which it was hung at the Städel. The signature “Do FFRANCK IN F” supports it as well. The Städel’s first inventory had specified the artist to “DF Franck”.
